We DO NOT accept returns, all sales are final.


Wrong Item Shipped:

In the event we make a mistake and ship the wrong item, we will automatically exchange for the correct item upon receiving the incorrect item back. A full refund will be issued instead of an exchange upon the customer's e-mail request prior to the exchange being shipped out.

Package/Item Arrived Damaged:

If your item arrives damaged, take pictures of the damaged package and item(s) in the package, save all the packaging, and contact Raye's Closet within 24 hours of package delivery. A full refund of the purchase price will be issued upon receiving the damaged item(s) back. It is the customer's responsibility to provide Raye's Closet with a return tracking number and return the damaged item(s).

Package Never Arrived:

If the shipping carrier fails to deliver your package please contact Raye's Closet 24 hours after the missed expected delivery date and provide the tracking and order numbers, we will work with the shipping carrier to track down missing packages within the guidelines of their policy. In the event a shipping carrier cannot locate a missing package, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued within 10 days after their final determination. If a missing package is delivered to a customer after the shipping carrier's final determination and the customer already received a refund, it is the responsibility of the customer to return the item(s) back to Raye's Closet and provide a return tracking number prior to sending the package.
