Shipping Carriers & Delivery Times:

We ship via USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground, UPS Ground & **USPS Priority Express Mail. Delivery times vary depending on carrier and delivery location; USPS First Class & Priority Mail 1 - 3 business days, FedEx 3 - 7 business days, & UPS up to 5 business days. 

**USPS Priority Express Mail:

USPS Priority Mail Express Shipping, with overnight delivery is guaranteed by the USPS or your shipping charges back. Orders must be submitted to Raye's Closet by the daily shipping deadline to qualify for overnight delivery. Please contact us with your order and USPS tracking number at orders@rayescloset.com w/ USPS Priority Express Mail Guarantee in the subject line in the event your package is not delivered by the time specified in your confirmation e-mail.

Package Tracking:

Once your package ships, you will receive e-mail confirmation with your tracking number. In the event your package does not arrive at the intended location, please contact us immediately so the shipping carrier can begin tracking the package.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are based on package weight; they are automatically calculated in the cart once items are added and the shipping address is entered. Use the drop down menu once you see shipping charges in the cart to view all shipping options for your order.

Calculate Shipping:

Determine shipping charges prior to ordering by adding items to the cart and entering your shipping info. Don't forget to apply your discount code, if applicable.

$CASHTAG Shipping Rates:

To checkout via $CASHTAG you must provide a valid shipping address and request an invoice. Please DO NOT checkout using $CASHTAG until you receive an invoice with accurate shipping charges.

Same Day Shipping:

We ship Monday - Saturday excluding holidays. Orders ship out same day Monday - Friday when checkout is completed by 3 PM CST; orders will ship out same day on Saturday when checkout is completed by 10 AM CST. When checkout is not completed by the daily shipping deadline, the order will ship the next business day.

Items will NOT ship out until checkout is complete via one of the payment options in the checkout at www.rayescloset.com or the Secure $CASHTAG Checkout.
